Our Inspection visits are
fully inclusive at £99 pp for 3-4 nights
and there are no administration fees when you purchase!
Our partners in Spain are experts in their areas and
will help and guide through all aspects of the purchase.
There are three methods of accommodating your search,
all of which are on a one to one basis.
• Inspection Visit
• Link up
• Personal Visit
The Inspection Visit will be conducted by one of our
partners in Spain and is available in Southern Costa
Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa Almeria and, subject to
availability, in the Costa Del Sol region. In these
circumstances you would pay a contribution towards flight
costs.
A Link up would involve you paying for your entire
trip and accommodation beforehand. Our partners, in
whichever area you have chosen to search, would arrange
your flights and accommodation and meet you on arrival.
You would then be shown properties and the area. Your
costs would be refunded should you purchase a property
through our partners. This is available in all areas.
A Personal Visit would involve the same process as a
link up, but you would be accompanied on your visit by
ukescape. This service would include airport pick up and
drop off in the UK at no extra charge.
